- What makes your beds different from your competitors?
Unlike cheaper beds that use particle board, our beds are high quality furniture made from Solid Pine Wood. Using Solid Pine does make a difference in appearance, strength, and durability. Our beds can be disassembled and reassembled many times with the same resistance and without compromising the integrity of the product.

- How long does it take for delivery?

- What is the total cost for shipping and handling?

- How much weight will the bunk and loft beds hold?
Each of our bunk and loft beds has been tested to hold 400 pounds.

- What kind of mattress support do you use?
Our rails have 1-1/4" wooden cleats for support.
You must still use a Bed Slat System or some type of solid foundation for the mattress.

- What is a Bed Slat System?
Bed Slat Systems are solid wood and used in place of box springs to support the mattresses. They come in twin and full size and are about 3/4" thick. NOTE: a bed slat system is not required if you purchase one of our mattresses or if you plan on using a mattress with a solid foundation.

- What kind of finish do you use?
Ginger Stain - this is an oil based stain only finish. The beauty about this finish is that you can touch-up the product simply by applying a little stain and have it look brand new. This is why it is perfect for kids.
Unfinished - items have no stain or varnish applied. Unfinished products are sanded and ready for you to apply your own finish.

- How is my order shipped and what if there is damage?
We ship through a ground trucking transport service in the US Continental 48 states only. Someone will have to be home to accept delivery. The freight company will contact you to set up a delivery date. It is usually a range and not an exact time.
We now offer a free lift gate service. Your order will arrive to you on a wooden skid and will be placed on the ground with the lift gate if possible. The boxes will be wrapped together with plastic. It would be a good idea if you had someone to help you carry the boxes inside. It is not the drivers responsibility.
You will be responsible for discarding all plastic, boxes and wooden skid. When your order is delivered, be sure to inspect it carefully for damage. All damage must be noted on the freight bill at the time of delivery. Freight damaged items so noted will be replaced at no charge. Please notify us by phone or e-mail of any damage as soon as possible so we can immediately initiate the replacement process. IMPORTANT : If there is concealed damage to the product (e.g. cartons look in good condition, but product is damaged inside box and no damage is reported on freight bill) we may require you to send photos of the damage. You are responsible for verifying the condition of your merchandise upon receipt. Please inspect it carefully. To protect yourself if you receive damaged merchandise, always keep the shipping cartons until your claim has been acknowledged and settled.

- When will my credit card be billed?
Your credit card will not be billed until a few days before your order is ready to ship.

- How do I place an order online?
Go to our website and click on the item that you're interested in. Fill in the options. Then click on the add to cart button at the bottom of the page. Make sure everything is correct and then click on the secure checkout button. Just fill in the account information and follow the instructions to check out. You will receive an email confirmation shortly after check out.
