How much is shipping?

Check our shipping chart above to find the cost of shipping to your state. Orders delivered to Alabama will require a 4% sales tax.

* SPECIAL NOTE: We ship through a ground trucking transport service in the US Continental 48 states only. We do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii.

How will my furniture be shipped?

We now offer a free lift gate service. Your order will arrive to you on a wooden skid and will be placed on the ground with the lift gate if possible. The boxes will be wrapped together with plastic. It would be a good idea if you had someone to help you carry the boxes inside. It is not the drivers responsibility.

What is the delivery procedure?

Someone will have to be home to accept delivery. The freight company will contact you to set up a delivery date. It is usually a range and not an exact time. You will be responsible for discarding all plastic, boxes and wooden skid. When your order is delivered, be sure to inspect it carefully for damage. All damage must be noted on the freight bill at the time of delivery. Freight damaged items so noted will be replaced at no charge. Please notify us by phone or e-mail of any damage as soon as possible so we can immediately initiate the replacement process. IMPORTANT : If there is concealed damage to the product (e.g. cartons look in good condition, but product is damaged inside box and no damage is reported on freight bill) we may require you to send photos of the damage. You are responsible for verifying the condition of your merchandise upon receipt. Please inspect it carefully. To protect yourself if you receive damaged merchandise, always keep the shipping cartons until your claim has been acknowledged and settled.

Can I get a guaranteed delivery date?

Unfortunately the freight companies do not offer a "guaranteed delivery" service, so we are unable to offer this service to our customers.

Can I get inside delivery?

As with guaranteed deliveries, we are also not able to offer an inside delivery option, however, we have found that sometimes if you tip the driver, he will often bring the furniture into your garage or the first floor of your home. It would be a good idea if you had someone to help you carry the boxes inside.

Do you offer installation services?

We cannot offer installation , however, these beds are quite easy to assemble. All case goods come fully assembled and you will not have to measure or drill anything during assembly.
